What Can I Expect?
1:1 physiotherapy assessment is required before being able to book into classes. This is necessary to ascertain your physical function and specific goals in order to prepare an individualised program for you. Sometimes 2-3 sessions may be needed for this. Your physiotherapist will advise. A 1:1 physiotherapy appointment is also required every 6 months in order to re-assess your progress and goals and make necessary adjustments to your program to ensure you are achieving your very best.
1:1 Clinical Exercise
1:1 clinical exercise is also available if you are managing a complex condition requiring close supervision. These are booked as a regular physiotherapy appointment.
